HERE COMES THE BUN

First it was ridiculously fancy moustaches (thanks for that Movember), then unkept bushy beards (thanks Mumford and Sons), but now there is a male grooming trend that I actually like; the Man Bun.

The man bun (or man pony) seems to be everywhere at the moment, walking down Oxford Street yesterday I think I counted 12 long haired gents outside Topshop alone.

It's unclear as to where the trend has come from, in my opinion it's down to laziness and money; my boyfriend is currently growing his hair out because he doesn't want to spend £20 on a haircut every 6 weeks (although he still makes me shave the sides and back for free...)

Swedish footballer Zlatan Ibrahimović is also partially to blame (creating a trend for all those wannabe footballers out there) as is Made in Chelsea’s Proudlock (for all of the girlfriends who think their boy will look like that as well…)

All I can say is keep it up guys, just please keep the facial hair trimmed.
